At Choice First, we’re not here to “deliver a service” and disappear. We work alongside you, your family, and your circle of supports to make sure your NDIS plan turns into real outcomes—at home, in the community, and in everyday life.

1. What types of workers do you provide?

We provide Personal Care, Social and Community Participation, Support Independent Living/Respite/ILO services across Sunshine Coast. Please see our web pages for detailed information.

2. Do you support people with high-intensity or complex needs?

Yes. We can support participants who need high-intensity personal care and more structured supports. We’ll talk through your needs, routines, risks, and preferences first, then match staff with the right skills and approach to support you safely and consistently.

3. Which areas on the Sunshine Coast do you cover?

We’re Sunshine Coast–based and support across Nambour, Maroochydore, Caloundra, Sippy Downs, Beerwah, Bli Bli, Maleny, Cooroy, Landsborough, and Aura (Banya, Baringa, Nirimba). If your suburb isn’t listed, contact us—if it’s nearby, we may still be able to help.

4. How quickly can supports start?

We aim to respond quickly and get things moving as soon as possible. Start time depends on your support requirements, preferred days/times, and staff availability, but we’ll keep you updated at every step and work with you to start supports as soon as we can.
