Job-Readiness
Training
- Being “job-ready” means knowing what to expect in a work environment.
- We teach job-readiness skills such as time management, punctuality, appropriate workplace attire, and understanding basic workplace safety.
- This way, you’ll know how to prepare for your first day and fit into your new workplace smoothly.
Confidence & Self-Esteem Building
- Starting a job or looking for one can be challenging for your confidence.
- Our team uses positive encouragement and coaching to help build your self-esteem.

- We don’t just help behind the scenes – we can also communicate with employers on your behalf (with your permission).
- If you need workplace adjustments or have questions about a role, we’ll liaise with potential employers to advocate for your needs.
- This might include arranging interviews, discussing accessibility requirements, or highlighting your strengths and suitability for the job.
Organising Workplace

- Once you get a job, we can set up any supports you might need in the workplace.
- We can arrange a job coach or support worker to assist you on-site during the first few weeks.
- We can help train your new colleagues or supervisors on understanding your support needs.
- We ensure you have any adaptive equipment required to do your job effectively.
On-the-Job
Guidance
- Our assistance doesn’t stop when you start working.
- We continue to provide guidance as you settle into your role.
- This can mean checking in regularly, helping you solve any issues, and mentoring you as you grow in your position.
- If challenges arise, you won’t have to face them alone – we’ll be there to support you and brainstorm solutions.
